Slots turn over weekly. When one is available, the treasury balance gets posted before anything is spent.

How a buy happens
The bid goes in
Paid from the fee address, in public. If the price is above what fees covered, we wait a week. We do not sell tokens to buy ads.
The slot lights up
Receipt posted, slot marked held here, artwork goes up. Anybody can check it by looking at the target's own avatar.

That is the point. The board fills in public, one receipt at a time, and until the first buy lands there is nothing to show but the plan.
